Return and Refund Policy 
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

hygiene products that have been opened or used

custom-made products

3. Returns

The return address will be provided to you via email.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.

4. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the return:

Refund within 7–14 days

Same payment method used for the order

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the goods are returned used or damaged.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the product was defective or delivered in error.
