1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (depending on the country):

Germany / Austria / Switzerland: 7–14 business days

EU countries: 7–14 business days

International: 7–14 business days

The actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse.

5. Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the redelivery costs.

6. Customs & Import Fees

Customs fees may apply for international orders.
These are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Loss or Theft

We assume no liability for packages that have been verifiably delivered but are lost or stolen.

8. Incorrectly Delivered or Damaged Goods
